Worst carvery I've ever stumbled on. Veg selection was atrocious. Peas carrots and sweet corn. Nothing else. Roast beef was debatable as it is was rather red in the middle. Manager was apprehensive and quite unprofessional to the point where we decided to leave early. I would expect more of a selection of vegetables for the premium price they have decided to charge. Wish I'd went to a chain restaurant instead of trying to help local businesses.

Great night of live music at the last session of 2018. Because the pub was quite quiet otherwise you could hear some beautiful playing and singing.
I returned to the clovenfords hotel after 4 years moved away. The new bar layout is great and much better than the old bar orientation.
