My car broke down the clutch pedal was sticking to the floor so took it to Scott motors to get fixed and I got quoted 592 for a new clutch, slave cylinder and bearings so thats was fine car got fixed and picked it up. Went to pay the bill to find out it went up and they had added a few more things onto the original quote. Took the car back home noised it was still sticking on Saturday so rang the garage on Monday morning and told them the clutch was still broken so they came up took the car back and replaced another part. The mechanic was rude and cheeky told me to pay for the other part which was 45 told him no because he couldnt replace the parts in the first place correctly so it was his fault in the first place. So if you ever want anything done best advise is go elsewhere unless u want overcharged and your car back in the garage a day later. Wouldnt let them change a tyre.
Would not recommend. I was suspicious that work was carried out that may not have been needed, also my van came back out the garage with another problem that I suspected they had caused (they denied) I had asked to be called from the owner to discuss the matter and did not receive a call. Previous work to my wife's car had parts put on the wrong way round potentially being very dangerous. Very dissatisfied customer and will not be back.
