Always a first class service
Went there in response to a vehicle recall notice from Mitsubishi Motors, found the staff there very friendly and knowledgeable, went out of their way to ensure the necessary work was completed promptly. The car sales/waiting area was clean and comfortable with a small museum. seating and coffee and magazines available during my time there.
I travelled from Hertfordshire to pick up a car I had only seen on the Mitsubishi website. A lovely, friendly, family-feel to the dealership (and obviously part of the community) and an excellent handover from Alister. The Approved Used Shogun I picked up was prepared and presented beautifully. Alister took a great deal of time to show me around the car and some of the less well known functions. I felt very reassured by the quality and integrity of Mitsubishi and this dealership after a brief tour and spending time with Alister. I cant imagine you would have anything other than an excellent experience dealing with Adam Purves.
