For D I Y enthusiast person there is everything you need. But as I walked in, I was surprised to see a large space. And several things in different places. I had gone for a particular thing but only large left. I asked a young lady where I would find the item and she directed me to it. Fab...found. The tills were poorly manned and I had to wait for someone else to sign on. Christmas trees, lights and decorations were not well placed I thought for the time of year. Some items not priced which I feel they should be. Probably an oversight by Price Integrity. Car park was very quiet as but it was the end of the day I called in..
I ordered on line the items I knew I needed to collect following day, this was so I could spend looking at other items. I arrive to collect and with no notice only. ,1/2 my order.I was not happy, as it meant another 30 MLS round trip. But 2 items I ordered was posted next day delivery.I love b&q but this trip was disappointing.
great place to buy plants,why not go early have breakfast or later and have lunch there is so much to see you might have both
