Absolute 5 stars! Couldn't rate them highly enough. Came to my rescue the next day after phoning late at night with a leaking roof after days of heartbreak and stress. Its rare for tradesmen to answer their phones but jim will answer every time he's so genuine and lovely! His team are so nice too! Tells you step by step what they are doing and the problems and resolution . Will always get them to fix future issues and recomend to everyone !
It seems almost impossible to get a roofer to respond when you'd like them to but Jimmy Graham has called me back same day on two occasions. He got the 'emergency' job done before the next rain was due and thankfully all seems good now. The cost was reasonable too. There are more repairs required and I hope Jimmy will be able to fit me in for these too - awaiting quotes now. (I am glad I ignored the bad reviews and took a punt on this company.)
