The floor staff are nice and polite, however the Pharmacist is one of thee most miserable women I have ever came accross, unhelpful and has a can't be bothered attitude. I now collect my prescription at elsewhere.
I was desperate on my medication today and called just after 1pm. I spoke to a woman on the pharmacy counter to make sure that they definitely had that medication in stock and was assured they had. When my husband went to collect later on, around 4pm what a shocker..... They didn't have it in stock!!!! Therefore I am without my medication and don't have any and neither does any other local pharmacy now! THIS IS DISTRESSING ME SO MUCH and really there's nothing left to say but 'thanks Farren's!'
