My first time at Tri Fitness and it was fantastic! I was just visiting Galashiels and took advantage of their incredibly flexible pay as you go system. Body Attack 103 Sunday morning - one of the best classes Ive ever been too. Our instructor was enthusiastic, motivational , encouraging, gave very prompt cues , demonstrated flawlessly the lower impact options and smiled throughout- what a fabulous trainer!! Cant wait to return on my next visit to Gala - thank you for making my Sunday! I can highly recommend this wonderful facility. Joanna Lockkey.
Ignorant person front desk
Went to here tonight and walked in to ask from a single gym session, the women that worked there asked if I was a student I said nope but I am in the Royal Navy do you do armed forces discount not being rude just asking a simple question I would of been quite satisfied if she had said no am sorry we dont! Instead her reply to me was why should armed forces and NHS get any discount its just a job at the end of the day! Yes this is a job but I dont see you working away from you family more than half a year and making a difference to the world! Myself I will not be returning here its a rip off as it is for nearly 7! Rude arrogant women!
