Reception is welcoming, friendly and prompt. Nice waiting area with comfortable seats, television and readings. My dentist made me feel cared about, listened to concernes about my teeth and promptly gave me advice on what best to do. They accept NHS patients and offer fair price on private treatment. Definetly recommend
Ethos of the practice feels as though it has changed. Needs work on dealing with sensitive issues (interaction, concerns) and anxious patients.
This is the only dental practice I have ever felt comfortable going to! I have had two different dentists and I never felt an inkling of pain wether it was extractions or fillings or root canal treatment! The reaction staff are friendly and helpful, the nurses and dentists always greet you with a smile! I would recommend this dentists to anyone!
Poorly informed. Cancellation policy not clear to me and as a consequence I got hit with a fine. When I tried to make another appointment (adverse weather amber yellow warning couldn't attend on both dates). Not child friendly either.
Finally a fantastic dental practice - everyone so friendly, kids love our dentist Heather, dental techs & reception staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Fees surprisingly low! Also they are incredibly helpful with my disability and always are on hand to help with dignity and and without being intrusive. Perfect!
