Whilst the staff at the branch were as helpful as they could be, the fact remains that the battery I purchased onlne on the Thursday afternoon because I understood it would be available the following day for me to pick up, was not in fact available until the Tuesday morning.Apparently this was due to failure of your computerized stock control system which allowed my battery to be sold to another customer on the Thursday afternoon.This led to meme maki a wasted round trip of approx 18 miles.
