Never going to change no use in complaining. People know its the worst service by some drivers unreal .a polish bus driver last Saturday. Was waiting on his friend to co.e back to the bus it was due to leave at 11.25 am 2nd of June. But He started to WASH the buses window screen at 11.25 Am Instead of leaving the stance for Edinburgh the x95 .we left 4 mins late ....after the bus sat for at least 15 mins .when a passenger asked him why He did this. He went ballistic. And caused a row .then he reported that passenger and got him BANNED FROM THE BUSES. BY A MANAGER GARRY MOORE . WHAT A DISGRACE
Been in touch with the bus owners West Coast motors. Regarding all this and they will sort it all out but Mr Garry Moore lol has to get his chance. Lol it gets worse.
