Rachel at Mistys never responds to appointment requests which is letting the proprietor down in their absence. Several ignored requests for treatments that aren't cheap either!! Any acknowledgement would have sufficed.Have sought another therapist just as good and would not refer anyone in the future due to my personal experience. Such a pity!
Misty is by far deserving of winning best brow artist in Scotland 2 yrs running as she is exceptionally talented in what she does. I have had various eyebrow treatments done by her and always very satisfied when leaving the shop. All the staff within mistys are welcoming and friendly would definitely recommend to anyone to book in!!!
Misty is an absolute professional and great value. I've been going to her for three years and her attention to detail is incredible. She's honest and I've always got the desired result when leaving her salon.
I have been going to Misty for around 4 years now and I wouldnt contemplate going anywhere else as my brows are always perfect, not to mention shes easy talk to and very welcoming as shes always smiling ha ha. Ive just recently had epibrows done by Misty and I was a bit anxious about this as didnt quite know what to expect, but she put me at ease and I couldnt be more happier with them! I would 100% recommend Misty for all of your eyebrow needs :)
Epibrows - Misty is very friendly and easy to chat to. She discusses the look you hope to achieve and explains the procedure. She always checks that you are comfortable and happy to continue with treatment. Her shop is a lovely welcoming environment with good tunes. I highly recommend Misty for all your eyebrow needs!
